TIA How's the clutch? V6 or I4? 4X4? No AC! Not knowing the details I'd say $3400 is max if it's super mechanically. If it's a V6, has the timing belt been done? Headgasket problems are not uncommon with the 3.0 V6. Not a small expense. Check behind the rear rims for oily splash (axle seals). Not saying it isn't worth it. A friend just picked up a '96 4x4 Xtra cab, 3.4, stick, 110K mi.
