Got the ARE fiberglas lid installed yesterday. Got it at Funtrail here in Columbus. ARE is an Ohio based lid and cap company. I liked their product better than the others I checked out. Painted to factory color, lined and Lockable. Total $1100. Some will say too much...I say- You get what you pay for!

Looks great. Im getting the BAK back flip tomorrow. I really like the solid ones but for my uses it would be a pain taking it on and off so I had to go with the hard flip.

Sweet! I have a ARE camper shell right now, but I really like the fiber lids better.
Anybody want to trade me?

Can you give us a picture that shows the whole truck and cap from the side?

^^^ I second that. But it's looking fucking nice!! Forgive the language, but it doesn't hinder the look of the truck, it compliments it very well, but still understated.
$1100 too much? Nah, that's the cost of keeping damn thieves away (plus the external elements), well worth the money.

Shots from the right-side only...too lazy to move another car on the driver's side!

It's amazing that it looks like it's straight from the factory.
Does your cat like the Tundra too? :D

You cap looks good. Local (Montana) installed price on the A.R.E. LSII for our 07 CrewMax is $975. The wife hated the Rhinoliner in our 05 Dbl-cab because nothing over 5-6 lbs would slide easily. The installed price for an A.R.E. bedslide runs $775, and a bedrug $350. The wife wants the slide, even though it reduces the available height. The temptation is to offer the dealer $1,900 for all three and see if he bites. :naughty:

Looks really sharp on the truck, how much work is it to remove it if needed?
