Seat Belts

Can anyone tell me how to remove the inside panals where the front seat belts are located? I have to replace the seat belts and would rather do it my self than take it to the shop. If anyone knows a good way of doing it with out destroying anything, that would be great. thanks.

wut are ya driving?? i just did my truck.. all you need is a 14mm socket.. there's only one bolt holding it down you can pop the cover off by hand first or take everything off together
