Timing Belt checking?

Ok guys, I just purchased a 97 T100 with 119000miles. I don't have any maintenance history for the truck. Is there a way to tell (look at ) if the timing belt is new or in good shape without tearing it all apart? What does the manuel say for replacement miles? It is a 4x4, extended cab v6.

When the belt is changed by a dealer, a sticker is affixed to the black plastic timing cover indicating date and mileage that it was done. Ive seen it affixed to the radiator support once. 60K miles was the change interval back then. Toyota upped it to 90K. Without an indicator that it was done, you should take care of it. The water pump is typically done at the same time.
