some time next year is the only info that we have really. the 2008 came out last month, so there has been no info for it yet.

Probably late 2008.. like most cars which usually come out on the market on the second half of the previous year.

Toyota is still keeping hush hush about the Corolla right now, keep an eye out here because once it's unveiled, chances are TN will be one of the first places to know.

i was comparing prices of yarises and new(09 here) corollas on the german and aussie toyota sites and heres what i saw.germany:1.3 vvti petrol yaris 3dr hatch sol trim 16,540 euro($22,626 US) vs 1.6 dual vvti petrol auris(corolla hatch in australia) sol trim 19,450 euro($26,642 US) so about US$4,000 difference.australia:yaris sedan 1.5 vvti petrol AU$19,390(US$16,481)vs.corolla sedan 1.8 dual vvti AU$27,500(US$22,375)about US$6,000 difference.looks like the 09 corolla will be at least $3,000 more than a yaris (probably closer to $4,000) 07 yaris sedan starts at $14,230 (auto) and will likely go up a little for 08. so look for the 09 corolla (auto) to start between $17,400 and $18,000.i wonder if they will drop the base camry?
