I just got some Motegi MR7s (Yes, the Civics of the wheel world, I know). But i got a great deal on em. They 18x7.5 with 225/40/18s. I gotta raise my car up a bit and possibly spacers on the back. I'll get some pix up ASAP, cuz me personally Ive never seen a gen 2 with this size tire/rim combo, and i WILL make it fit!

Joey: I was wonderin what size tires you were runnin on ur 18s, and if you had it lowered at all or if the tire took up all the wheel gap. I think they were 18s, all I remember is that they were gunmetal. And if you had any rubbing problems, mainly with heavy breaking or nething. And what kinda tires you got? Mines got Toyo Proxies ZF4, i think thats the model. But it needs two new tires. Just wantin to get the best grip for the buck, ya know?

You have to use a tire that's no wider than 225/35/18 or else you'll rub the strut in the back because they're so little room in the rear wheel well. I have a V6 on 4 cyl. springs so the car is slammed all around. I think I have over 2 1/2 inches drop up front and the back is a little bit higher. I have no problems with rubbing at all. You just have to have the right offset and correct tire size. That's the main issue.
