Very nice. I think you have the first Camry that got this mod done. A lot of members have been wondering if this could be done. Maybe more details and a DIY with pictures would be great!!!

Looks awesome man. I think that is the best setup, non TCH inners and TCH outers. NICE!!!! Do a LED retro on the inners next, that would be slick.

Daytime pics look good, but I think it looks a little weird when the lights are lit up with half LED and half non-LED. JMHO.

The reverse light on the trunk itself is clear, the rest is red just like the ordinary lights.

I thought it was 2 different shades of red? And there are some cars that have half LED and Traditional Bulbs.

The exhaust pipe flange may not be in the exact same place. From there back it is the same.

There are diagrams in the Service Manual.

Hey Man,

Could you possibly provide me a link to the service manuals. I tried to get them form camry manuals.com but they removed them.

Thanks,
Fernando

They are on CD on EBAY from time to time for $10-15 delivered or if you know what you are doing you can join TIS (https://techinfo.toyota.com) for 24+ hours for $10 and download all the current manuals and TSB's.

Eagle Eye fitment is okay, but the build condensation quick.

This can be eliminated by putting a dissicant (sp?) pack in the back of the housing

It's a moisture absorber... you know like those little packets you find in new shoes, etc... HID Planet sells them to put in headlamps after you retro to prevent moisture build-up.. here is the link to them on HIDPlanet:

Shit, just go to a shoe store and pull them out of some new sneekers!!! I have some that came in the box of my ceiling fans I bought.. All they do is absorb moisture

I've got a lot of those packets if anyone wants them, just pay for shipping and they're yours. They're about 3"x3" and 1" thick and came out of the tsx headlight housings.

So do I just put a pack in the back of the housing? Or does it has to be inside the tail light?
Because if it has to be inside the tail light then I have to open up the tail light which I probably will make matter worse to begin with.
Please let me know.

I think ideally they should go inside the housing, but near the opening should work too. I'm guessing the largest source of moisture is the opening where the wires come out. you could probably just add some silicon around the openings and it would seal it up.

btw, I sent you an email
