my 2000 camry has been having some steering issues. last night it was really cold and the wheel was very stiff. i checked the fluid level and it's fine but it smells like burning. i'm pretty sure that means my pump is failing, am i right? and is that $$ to replace? one more question what else is connected to that belt, i'm worried if the pump seizes then the car will be undriveable.
