Off-road or on-road? ;) I've got some KYBs Gas-A-Just on my 2WD...not a problem and pretty smooth driving. :D toy100 03-30-2008, 09:16 PM 4WD here mostly on road and sum light off road funnyguy44444 04-01-2008, 12:09 PM I've heard a lot of good things about the KYB gas shocks. I'm going to put some on mine soon. funnyguy44444 04-01-2008, 04:26 PM Can you put the front shocks on yourself or do you need a spring compressor? BamZipPow 04-01-2008, 04:44 PM Can you put the front shocks on yourself or do you need a spring compressor? Yes, you can put the front shocks on yerself. Just be safe when you jack the truck up. There are no coil springs up front on the stock T-100s. If yer new replacement shocks aren't compressed and tied off, just git some twine and tie a loop on one end. Put the loop over the top and compress the shock. Wrap the string a few times over the top part of the shock and around the bottom and tie off the end. Make sure you have the washers and rubber pieces in place. Bolt the shock on the bottom and cut the string. Carefully guide the shock into place as it expands. :D  shawn1032 04-07-2008, 05:04 PM Check out Bilstiens worth the extra money. | |
