Also i destroyed the 54mm nuts that hold the hub in is this a part i can buy from a parts store if so what do i ask for?

No...the bearing don't have to be pressed in. The bearing races can be tapped out and carefully tapped in using the right tool...don't use a screwdriver!
The inner bearing (bigger diameter) is the one that rides closest to the inner part of the spindle while the outer bearing is usually the much smaller set and rides to the outer part of the spindle..
Not sure if you can git them there but you should be able to git them from a parts recycling place... :D
