Where did this bolt come from!?

I went to look at why my exhaust suddenly got so much louder (I already knew it was laden with holes), and I was surprised by what I found...

Where the hell did this bolt come from!?

I'll extract it tomorrow and drive it like this until I need an inspection... but I'm worried my muffler bearings are going to fall out now...

I think yer engine hasn't been gitting enough fiber...you need to off-road in fields more often! ;)

I'd be curious if that bolt is metric or not. Could've fallen in during an install or something... :D

There must be bolts... to hold the muffler bearings?

better a bolt than a piece of valve, I guess. I'll pull it off and see what it is tomorrow... I just had to leave it be for a while.

That is not the original muffler, so wouldn't be surprised if someone had put that bolt in there when it was replaced.

looks like you have alot of salt on that truck, id keep er clean, i hate to see my truck rustin all to hell b/c of salt, lol
