Bro buying an 87 GTS

Hey guys

My bro's maybe gonna pick up an 87 GTS 5spd coupe and wants to know if there's anything about the 4th gen he should take special attention to when inspecting it. And, what (if any) problems typically arise from daily use.

clean on the outside
one flip light isn't working
187K kms
$2200 CAN

power steering leaks, rear swaybar bushings(noise in rear end)air cond failure I have owned mine since 1993, I have an 89 gt-s, black the 3sge is by far in my opinion the best engine Toyota ever built, only one problem, Try and find ANY aftermarket parts for this car, good luck!
