this site says it does (first paragraph)
http://consumerguideauto.howstuffworks.com/1993-to-1998-toyota-t100-6.htm

and this site says nay (only paragraph)
http://www.intellichoice.com/reports/vehicleReport/vehicle_nmb/100014225/type/used/1996/Toyota/T100

You should be able to look in the engine bay and figure out if it has the ABS actuator or not. It should be mounted on the frame rail... :D

I believe that starting in 1995 that 4-wheel ABS was an option...not how many people have that on their T-100 trucks.

Dalyman,

I'd be very surprised if ABS were ever standard. One of Toyota's perceived barriers to competition on the T was cost, largely the product of the dollar yen exchange rate back in the 90s. So including it as standard would have made little business sense.

When you go to look at/drive one, it should be easy to tell if it has ABS. If it has ABS, you should see the ABS light illuminate as the key is turned. This applies to any year.
