URD Tcai W/heat shield

I am selling my URD Tcai off my 06 Tacoma. It is black powder coated and comes with a heat shield for the filter($50). The heat shield is a must have if you are running an aftermarket grill and it rains heavily where you live. Also it keeps the heat from the radiator from being sucked in when it is not raining. I have only had they kit for about a year and a half. Asking $220 shipped.
