Clutch Replacement, How To Site?

Can anyone point me to a good how to site for replacing the clutch assembly in a 97 T100 3.4 5spd 4wd?
I seem to remember finding a well illustrated step-by-step post somewhere but, can't relocate it. Thanks for any leads...
