Looking to buy a Celica

I am looking into buying a celica between the years of 94-97. Problem is, I can't seem to find much information on those years. I found maybe 1 site that actually showed the horsepower rating for the car and it was only for one model.

If you could either link me to some sites that can show me some info on the car and some sites for mods or just post the info here, that would be great. Thanks.

Go to http://www.edmunds.com. There you can look up whatever car make, model, year you want.

The Celica from those production years has the 5S-FE engine, which is not the greatest for speed.

Only 135 horses, seems rather low to me. It is difficult to make a decision on what to buy here since I don't have much to spend and I still want to stick with Toyota's, though originally I had planned on buying an Acura Integra, the Celica just has so much more of a sporty look.

Get the integra, the 6th gen celi is the worst one evr made IMHO, its slow and heavy.

Integra Type-R burns the Celica in any way.
i check as much as i could before i got my 98 celica gt

the acura GS-R, Type R and even LS all have more acceleration than the celica.(not so sure about looks)

and since it's honda branch, afterparts are easily attainable. I got my car due to my parents helpin pay under certain circumstances. one was it had to be a Toyota, Subaru, or Saturn. They have their ways
