3.4 Auto Transmission Gasket

From my reading I have discovered that the T100 3.4's auto transmission just uses an ATV sealant for its transmission pan gasket. My tranny is leaking a few drops a day from the pan. I check the levels about every week and add a few ounces when needed.

So now that I got my shocks replaced the next project is this annoying drip. Any recommendations on a good sealant to use that will not leak. Also is the filter/screen a pain to change when I drop the pan?

Almost any of the form in place gasket (FIPG) products should work fine. Just make sure you read and follow the instructions before starting out. It will depend on how much working time you have and how long it needs to set before you can start filling up the transmission with ATF...and what yer willing to shell out fer the stuff. ;)
