Why is it that when you need something and are looking for it, you can never find what you are looking for?
My tailgate and rear bumper are rusted out due to the previous owner taking his boat to the ocean all the time and not rinsing off afterwards. I have looked everywhere online and I can't find a rear bumper but there are thousands of front bumpers. I still haven't found a tailgate either. I know the junk yards are a possibility, but none of my local junk yards have any T100's. I could get one from a distant junk yard but I am running my chances and could get one that has the beginning of rust (which I don't want).
Any ideas?

Make sure it's the color you want, black or chrome. But for $75, who cares?

you can find front bumpers but not rears because there were no non-OEM rear bumpers. I guess t100 owners do more give more than they take when it comes to getting hit in the rear.
Tailgates... also hard to find. Basically for the cab-back you have no options other than OEM or used OEM. from the windshield forward you can find aftermarket. And... if you have the truck long enough everything from the cab-back rusts.

Just go with an aftermarket OEM bumper, you can usually find them on ebay or at a place like certi-fit. May not be high quality super shiny chrome like the factory one, but it will get the job done and will only be 40 or 50 bucks.

hmm, by non-oem I was thinking of like tube bumpers and such, not aftemarket OE.
