Yes I was wondering on a 1994 T100 how do I check for the codes. Everyone that I have spoken to says that you can not check them with the computer prior to 1996 . I know that you can use a jumper on some of the earlier models . I am not sure of what terminals to use if this is the proper way, they seem to not have any markings that I can tell.

If I recall correctly..the 4 cylinder 1994 T-100 should've gotten the ODBII port. Check under the dash near the radio. You should be able to use a code reader to pull the codes. Not sure if the 94 T-100 was ODBII compliant though...it's worth a shot.
The other method was to access the diagnostic port in the engine bay and connect TE1 and E1 with a jumper.
Turn the ignition on but do not start the engine.
The check engine light will blink out the code with the first digit first and the 2nd digit next with 1.5 seconds between them. If there are more than 2 codes stored, the next code will initiate after 2.5 seconds.
To clear any codes, pull the EFI fuse fer 30 seconds or more depending on ambient temperature (longer fer colder temps).

Yes there is a port on the drivers side under the dash. I spoken to a couple of people and they are saying that by the year of manufacturing that there device works on only back to 1996 . Is the ODBII one that there device should read. I have looked for the one under the hood and I have not seen anything that looks like a terminal for this. Is it possible that it only has the one under the dash. Thanks for the help.
