Been following this board for a while. Spotted the pic of the lifted T100 with the Westin Bull bar but could not find one for the T100. Well I ordered one from Ebay fo the 00-06Tundra. I knew this would require some work. WHat it turned out to be was to drill holes in the provided brackets out by 1inch on each side. Adding a spacer and some bolts and she is on there. Will provide some pics tomorrow with the Hellas on there.

Welcome to the club! Can't wait to see the piccies. Make sure you git some up close shots of where/what you modded to make it fit. Also, the clearance of body parts from the bar would be nice, too. ;)

Awesome! I was looking for one but could not find one either. Please get post the photos when you can. Also can you show photos of the mounting mods you had to do to it?

OK. THere is a pic under the little camera icon by my name. Sorry not sure best way to post pics. Just had a newborn come home, so time is limited to do the writeup but I will have it up this weekend along with more detailed pics with the parts uses.
Looks great. Will be installing some Hella lights(if they fit) on the bar. Solid feel. Clearance is good. Nothing rubbing.
I will scan the 1 page sheet that come with the bar to show what is needed to modify the existing brackets and additional parts needed for the install.

Here is the writeup on the BullBar install.
THis was a $180 BullBar of Ebay. The unit was for an 00-06 Tundra. Other parts were about $15. Email and I can provide the link as I'm not sure if I can post. You can do a seach for an 00-05 Tundra and see any many options.
1. Remove the tow hook from the driver side and the tow loop from both sides. Keep the bolts, as you will use the shorter ones to screw in the bracket.
2. You will need to buy 2 more bolts like the shorter ones from the tow loop removal. 12mm by 1.25thread by 1.5" long. THese will bolt the brackets tot he fram
3. Being the Tundra frame seems to be 2inches wider, you will need to extend the bracket holes supplied with the kit.
4. The kit that comes with the bar, is already predrilled but you will need to Measure out 1 inch out from the existing hole and drill out another hole. THe problem here is now the bracket does not rest completely on the tube on the bar. THis will be an issue when you tighten the bolt.
5. To fix this, we found a steel plate 12"longx4"wide 1/4"thick at Lowes for $10. We cut out 2-4"plates(square washers) This allowed a solid support on the tube. You will see that in the pics. Drill a hole in the center of each washer
6. Once you have that, you can mount the brackets to the frame and then install the bar with the 4" square washer between the tube and bracket end. THis give a solid contact on the Tube and the bracket
7. You will see some washers on one side between the bracket and frame, this was to level the bar and was used only one the driver side.
8. THe tubes do not touch the airdam, so there is no contact. You will be able to remove the skidplate to change the oil with no problems.
Email me if you want more pics or with questions as the 5 pics was all I could upload on my profile.
Hopes this helps. THe lights were Hellas from Pepboys.
