While replacing the thermostat on my 93 pickup 4x4 the thread post broke off, guess i dont know my own strength! The thermostat sits in the water pump and is enclosed by the water pump inlet hose, both of which are secured by three thread post which I assume, and fear, originate from the block itself. what are my options here? Are the thread posts part of the original cast or can they be punched out and replaced... what I'm I looking at $ wise...ect?
