well g/f was on her way to work traveling like 45 in the right lane... some @§§ w/ PA plates cuts from the left lane all the way over to try and make his exit... in his attempt she tried to stop on time but failed... man i hate dealing w/ insurance companies... since there is only liability on this car i know they will give me ****... hows the damage on the other car??? the dodge caravan had one scratch... seems like the corolla went underneath the bumper and thats how the light got fvcked... the car seemed drivable until i started it and looked.. the arm for the AC line was lodged inside the inner ring of the alternator pulley... got the car towed back to my house... i just got in from working on it... i pulled the light, unlodged the arm and put the light back in so the car is driveable.. now i get a call from my g/f... her bro sent in the car insurance pmt 1 day late so they canceled the policy... 3 cars in her family has no insurance now.. isn't that wonderful... i gave him the pmt for the corolla 2 months ago... and u wait till the day before the due date to mail it???? WTF?!?!?!?! bahhh sorry guys had to vent but here are some visual aid...

The person who cut off the Corolla is at fault so his insurance will pay! Have you contacted them?

Wife had an accident were the car in front of her spun out but came to a stop then my wife tapped the rear side fender (car had turned 90 degrees in the road). Because the women had come to a complete stop they said my wife was at fault for driving to closely. They didn't care that there was ice all over the road and that the women who spun out was talking on her cell phone.

you guys are lucky
i was ran off the road by somebody in a white caddy. The person ran me into the center divider of the street and i hit the curb, went up on to the island and hit two trees. The curb deployed the airbags then i hit the first tree on the front drivers side which spun my car 180 degrees and then i hit the second tree on the passenger side. i am not going to go into detail but both my passenger and are i are extreemly lucky to be alive. however more then just my car was lost. no pix in respects to my passenger and i.
this was a resent insident and while the physical stuff is slowly getting better its the mental stuff thats hard to shake, the reason y ive posted this was mainly because i guess it helps to talk about it and not bottleing it up.

I rolled a car when I was 18, had only owned it for 3 weeks was doing the usual 18 year old thing with a new (used) car. Doing 120 in a 60 zone. Was coming up a hill with a bend and the car got some lift, next thing I know I am looking out the side window going side ways down the raod. Somehow the car grabed when forward hooked something and did a complete flip in the air, landing backwards (trunk first), blew out the back window, destroyed the passanger side of the car. Actually ripped the tires off the rims on the drivers side. My back hurt for a while (week) but then I was back to normal physically. I couldn't get myself to drive again but 2 weeks later I had no choice friends were drunk I was the only one sobber and was forced to get behind the wheel. That probably helped me recover more then anything. Simply getting back on the horse (sort of speak).
That was over 17 years ago, I still drive fast but it stick to 6 lane highways for that no more twisty widing country roads, unless it's a Sunday afternoon leasurely drive.
The funny thing is I did this in Nov of 86 in the spring of 87, they flattened the road out (where I crashed) and lowered the speed limit to 50 from 60.
