What type of speakers would sound good in the kick panel? I can't really think of what speakers would sound good there. Or is it for style. Any suggestions?

Kick panels are supposed to improve imaging. Instead of the sound being played at your feet, it will be pointed toward your face. Both coaxials and components can be used in kick panels.

yeah but you should definately get components since you're already spending the money/time for the kickpods.

Infinities---or any type of speaker that has a swivling tweeter- Then you can "aim" the highs at yourself--Its all your own opinion-go to a car stereo store and ask them also- they'd tell ya.

No, it won't.

Whoever will be making your kicks should be able to recommend you a set depending on your budget, available space, etc...

Off the top of my head, I've heard Focal, Dynaudio, Peerless, Scan Speak, Kicker, Alpine, MB Quart and a host of unknowns in kickpanel setups. All of them sounded very good. All of them installed by either professionals or very educated hobbyists. The Dynaudio's in particular were fantastic.

If you got $150 buy CDT CL-6a... they're the absolute best you can get for the money... www.thezeb.com
