VCD Screen captures: H.K. Trend

Hey folks,

A friend of mine has bought a few VCDs from Hong Kong this summer. Just letting you guys see some screen captures of what the trend is like in Hong Kong. Nothing significant, but damn, they have mountain roads in Hong Kong!?! Talk about Touge, geeezz, you should see this video (Though no drifting boooo.. :grin:)!

At the end of the video, it features a Corolla club in Hong Kong with every generation of Corollas dating as far back to as the AE86 era. The founder of the club drives an AE86 of course. He keeps ranting on about how the new Corollas can't compare to his little FR. :lol:

Actually, the dash is of a Toyota Chaser. That would explain the digital display at the bottom. High tech funky stuff which we don't get on our old cars.

Eeeew, I just noticed that too. It's an automatic!? But it's migthy fast. The first part of the video (all the night scenes above) are shot inside the same Chaser. There's a team of four Chasers in Hong Kong or something, each with over 400 horsepower. Whoa, what a waist.. it's an automatic!

No wonder he couldn't pass that white EG Civic uphill :lol:

Damn, that Civic was fast in the video. Able to keep it going uphill with R32s and shiet. But they weren't racing.. probably friends having fun together at the touge! :wink:
