ImportFest Sept 29th.

i just got back from skydome tonight, i should say this morning..i checked out those cars already, nothing surprise and nice for my opinion but those models were nice and sexy,haha....i just had a good time with some of them.....they are like a ho.....hehe

Ya I just got back too! NOt bad! Some quality rides there, but the same old story, too many Civic's, Integra's and Del Sol's. Man the scene definately need some variety. We did see one Rolla, 97 I think, and we talked to the owner, he works for JRP performance. I have to get in contact with him with a stock number, but he thinks he can get a good group buy price on a TRD short shifter for 98+ rolla.
Let me know if any of you guys are interested.

yeah my bro, dickson, and i head down there today..SO MANY HONDAS!! :sad: i saw one camry, one corolla...and a few supras and celicas....and the new matrix. i think its pretty good, still got to see lots of stuff (but i think i'm going deaf with those stereos down there...)

Yea I like that corolla with 20v, bzride did you check out the front caliper? I think it's got bigger rotors and calipers than stock.

There's also a green Gen4 Camry with a body-kit (custom front bumper). The interior is just nasty and it's got drums on the rear. :sad:

A man there are two IS300 and I love both of them! The white one got the 19" JDM rims that I like and it's got an JDM altezza front grill too. I also like the painted body-color interior for the blue IS with body-kit.

There are a couple of SW20 (one from BCAuto) and they're ok. I would like to see TRD MR-2 Spyder though.

Also at the corner there's a small Toyota booth with the new Matrix. The rep told me that the car is currently being built in Cambridge, Ontario and will come as early as April 2002!!! :smile:

the show sucks, too many honda's, man....i like that white rolla at JRP booth....that car has a lot of TRD parts....so nice , man...well! nothing special....just boring....

But aren't we going to expect H&As in 99% of the import shows? The group of Subarus was a suprise though. There were also some Cavaliers and Neons (wait a min, I thought this is IMPORTfest? :lol: ) But I think the civic/prelude-mod trend is dying because nobody checks those cars out on the field.

Did someone got DC and took any pictures of the shows....? CAn you share those pictures with us...
