Installing Bulbs in Foglights

I want to replace the bulbs in my fogs to Kryton bulbs except I have no idea on how to get to the bulbs. I tried looking in the manual but only to find that it informs me to bring it to the dealer (yeah rite, so i can spend another 100 bucks on em). Please tell me this is a DIY project!

Last time when me and my friend was trying to reach to the foglight...we almost took out the whole bumper...haha...~~

You can get to the foglight by taking off the fender (like just unscrew the front part of the fender)
