My dad and I are considering buying a 1988-1994 Land Cruiser(4 Dr.) sometime in the near-future and I just wanted a few questions answered before doing anything stupid.
1) What is the engine code on these land cruisers, and what were the different engine options?
2) Are there used JDM engines available for the Land Cruiser?
3) Was a third row seat a factory option, and if i buy one that doesn't have 3rd row seats, it it possible to do an aftermarket installation?
4) With gas prices through the roof and my wallet constantly getting thinner, what are the MPG specs on the Land Cruiser?
5) What is a decent price to pay for a 88-94 Land Cruiser with a moderate amount of options, and between 150,000 and 200,000 miles on the odometer?
