I an about to pull the trigger on this vehicle. It is in excellent
condition and my ownly quam is the high mileage (102K mi.,supposedly
90% highway). What do you think is a good price for the Tacoma? Is
Kelley's BB the best guide for used prices, they seem high to me?
thanks, rick

You'll get varying answers, and there are a lot of factors geographically
and otherwise.

But for me personally, the truck has averaged over 50k miles for two years
(avg is, what, 15k?).

I'm not starting to talk with the dealer above $12,000.

I'd prefer something with lower mileage for that price is what I'm saying.
(and yes, I know the truck is loaded).

I'd want a CarFax pulled on it before I signed on the line (even if I had to
pay for it myself), and I'd want a vehicle warranty history pulled on it as
well by the dealer (showing any work done under warranty). I'd also want
any service paperwork if available, and maybe even the previous owner's
contact if I could. Lastly, I'd want an objective mechanic (assuming you
aren't a wrench) to have a good general look at it (and I'd pay him to do
so).
