i'm wondering if anyone has proposed alt.autos.toyota.sequoia to alt.config.
before i subject myself to the "alt gods" battery i thought i'd check first
to see if anyone has made the proposal.

It's alt.*, dude. The dudes in alt.config can't do a fucking thing
about a group if you want it.

not directly but they (alt.config collectively) do have influence on the
decisions of newsadmins.
whatever....my question remains. has anyone proposed
alt.autos.toyota.sequoia?

They haven't had an influence on the decisions of news admins for a
very long time. For some of us, they never did. The alt.* groups were
designed to not have the same sort of control as the big 8 groups.
Their "power" is in their heads.
(Since you're not a news admin, I'll give you a break for not knowing
this).
Simply start posting with it in the newsgroups line. NSP's will pick
it up.

Whatever. Since it's already newgrouped, you can simply ask your NSP
to pick it up. Or not. Your choice.
