SEQUOIA and Tundra Question--HELP!!!

Please help me! I have a 05 Tundra 6 speed and want to disconnect the clutch depress feature that makes you have to mash the clutch through the carpet to start the engine!

I also have a Sequoia and want to disconnect the feature that locks all the doors when you put the car in gear...(I don't want to have all my doors locked if I get in an accident)

For the Tundra you might want to look into seeing if you can get a clutch start cancel switch off a Tacoma.
