Off Road with T100's

My dad just bought a 96 T100 in very great condition, and i was wondering if its as good as as the 89- 95 toyota pickups, (not tacoma's) for off road because we do alot of hunting and fishing, and we like to go deep where no one usually goes. We use to have a 84 P/U (stolen) and 93 P/U (rolled) i bought a 84 again too. And those trucks are great for off road with just a a few inches of lift and bigger mud tires. I'm thinking disadvantage of the size of the truck, but the power is great.

I had an '85 Toyota 4x4 (stock) that was the best offroad vehicle I have ever owned or driven. I wish I still had it. My '94 T100 has gone everywhere I have pointed it, so I can't complain. However, it won't go everywhere the '85 would. It will carry more, though.
