Hi al,
i'm going to get my Caska 1605 touch screen, double din system pretty soon and I was wondering if I can add a navigation that have touch screen capablilties to it. For example add a KNA-DV4100 to the caska. It seems that the KNA only works with kenwood systems that have a RGB 26 pin to it. I dunno it the caska has a place for a 26 pin or 20 pin.

In any case is there any way to use the touch screen feature of a navigation system with the caska or any other monitor that have touch screen capablities? Like adaptors or converts? I know clarion has a RGB convert for the Joyride system but I'm not sure if that will work. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks.

Never heard of Caska.

How much is the unit+navigation going to cost you?

Caska is brand name of Coagent from HK.

Their parts comes from R&D equipment from Philips, HP, and Hitachi. DVD chips, TFT-LCDs, resistors, and capacitors are sourced from Philips, Sanyo, Tohei, and PVI, and testing equipment from Toshiba.

The unit - 630, the navi maybe 500

Well, does the touchscreen have a vga input? If so you can hook up a computer to it, and have navigation and a whole lot of other stuff.
