Isn't nice to hear a Congressman support the people and the
Constitution for a change? He is correct, the courts serve at
the will of the peoples representatives from the the states, via
the Congress. This still a Republic in which we live. The
states need to take back control from the federal courts and give
it back to THEIR Congress. This is not the UK they are NOT the
court of the Crown,
but the peoples court.

He's not supporting the WELL OVER 50% of the people who disapprove of
President George W. Bush right now in absolutely every category
measured.

He's not supporting me. I'm a taxpaying, voting citizen.

But your not everyone either. He supports me and I'm also a voting tax
payer. In fact, I voted for him. Please try to understand, you are the
minority now. Quit behaving as if your party won or is in control.

At this point, for your best interests as well as mine, you should be
thankful that the Senate is bottlenecked over these nominees.
