Running lights hauntedbusyman 08-23-2002, 04:44 PM :-? I have a 94 toyota pick-up and the running lights are coming on when the engine is started. If the key is only in the "on" position, the lights stay off. Only when the motor is running, the lights get a 8.5 volt hit from somewhere. Any ideas?? busyman 10-09-2002, 12:16 PM :D Just as a word to anyone who has this probem... The harness connector that is under the front passenger seat was the problem. There was a void from the factory and it allowed the running lights to arc to the fuel pump wire. This caused a burnt wire and finally a shutdown. Not fun to find. | |
