3vz-e swap with 3vz-fe [Archive] - Toyota Forums

Okay, I am new to the site, and searched, and did not find any info, so I leave it to you experienced people to field this one... Can the 3VZ-FE engine from the Camry be swapped into the Toyota T100 engine bay? I know one is FF and the other is FR so the engine mounts may not line up properly and stuff like that, but will the tranny line up, and are the wiring harnesses similar? Or is it a complete bust?
