A quick look down the posts didn't reveal any problems, are there any?
Do they have some sort of maint policy at the dealer? Like free scheduled or something? If they don't, how much does regular stuff costs and will it void the warranty if it's done by the owner?
Any dealer recommendations in the Boston area?
Thank you in advance

They give you 3 free oil changes, and in the Maint. manual it states that they don't have to be the first three, but you get three, whenever you can use them..
They can not, by law, deny you warranty by doing your own service.. They can be a pain in the ass if you don't document what you do yourself, along with saving reciepts..
I do my own regular service, and will be doing so when my 2006 xb arrives (soon).. I'll take the 3 freebee oil changes and then do the rest myself.. I also won't be following Toyota's 5K service intervals, since I change oil and filter at 3K.. Cheap insurance..
I like to think the reason my 1997 Toyota T100 with 175K miles doesn't burn a drop of oil because I took good care of it, and will continue to do so for years to come.. Maybe it's just because it's a damn good truck/..

Get her one she will love it. It's funny that these things were targeted at young people and I see plenty of older folks that have em and love em. I say go 4 it.
