Correct, but its not the subs that clip. Just because you have a 1000 watt amp doesnt mean you are running 1000watts at any time..there are so many amps that so they push this many and they dont even come close to push that they supposedly do... basically the more money you spend on you audio the better it will sound...now i know it has to be installed correctly but if you are doing your own work then you can tweak it until it sounds perfect 8) ryan | |
