1993 SR5 4x4 Xtracab loaded(pw,pm,pl,sunroof,cruise, except air) with 167km on it for $13k Cdn, looks pretty good with one previous minor-ish smack on the RF area repaired reasonably good. No frame damage. Interior excellent, also includes nerf bars & fiberglass bed cover. Seems many 300km no option trucks are selling for 7-8k Cdn so I guess a 167km SR5 truck should be worth 13k Cdn(11k usd). Any advise on potential problem area to look for??? Comments welcome...I'm buying this rig for my nephew and have been looking for an unmolested SR5 for a while now.

167k kms is alot man but if the truck is emaculate then take it but bargin oh yeah what engine!?!

ask the guy about the head gasket and if it had the recall replacement

Well I went for it. It's now sitting in the driveway beside my 91 SR5, one red 91, one black 93 with exactly the same options. My red one has over 350km on it, and the black 93 that I just picked up for the nephew has only 167km(103,769 miles) on it. I'm going to spend a couple of weeks getting it ready for him. I'll start with a set of Yokohama 31x10.50 M/T's, Rancho shocks, wheel alignment, complete service, new rotors, calipers, and service the hubs. I'll leave it up to him to change the gear oils. Then I'll finish it off with my very cool Hilux Tiger SPORT CRUISER 4WD decals I brought over from Thailand last Febuary(original Toyota part #). This black 93 is one nice ride, kinda wished I'd have kept it for myself and sold him my high km 91 but I guess I'm just too nice a guy.....either that or I'm attached to old red.:heart:
