Hybrid manual?

Our Highlander Hybrid came with a standard hybrid owners manual. As we are learning, there are many meaningful differences between the two vehicles.

Our dealer told us initially that "someone had taken the hybrid manual", so they replaced it with the regular one. Now they say there is no hybrid specific manual. I can't imagine Toyota producing these cars without a manual specific to the hybrid.

Do you Highlander Hybrid owners have a proper manual? If so, is there a part number that I can give to my dealer? Thanks.

You mean owner's manual? Each vehicle has a specific one. i.e. you should have a manual on which the cover says "2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid"

Yes, I mean the owners manual. It turns out to be a harmless SNAFU at the dealership (in a neighboring state, 500 miles away). Someone put a normal Highlander manual in our hybrid. Difficulty was that nobody at the dealership knew that there was a difference in the manuals, and had no part numbers for the correct one!

I did manage to get those part numbers, and the correct manual is on the way.

Thanks, Tideland, for the reply. :)
