I'll be in Michigan for 2 weeks when this meet happens...so i won't be there...figured i'd post it up in case others wanted to go.

Ok, I've talk to to many people, and the meet is a go. I'm posting this up just for people to see.

There is NO date made yet. It's being planned. Will be the summer of '10, and will be in the GTA area (1 to 1.5 hours from Niagra falls). We're hoping to set it up involving a day where a track will be open to the public for racing.

Several years ago there was a TN meet (HomoDome ring a bell?) where US and Canadian members meet up.

All Beginners are welcome!

We have the track Sunday November 1st, from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm booked, cost will be $99 prepaid for each participant.

Helmets is strongly recommended for safety reasons, you will have to sign a disclaimer at the track, for those who do not wear helmet and not following our lapping rules, the participants take full responsibility for their action. (if you have helmets, it won't hurt to bring them up).

Mosport DDT Track - Sunday November 1st, 1:00pm-5:00pm

Prepaid: $99
After October 26th or At the track: $130
*2nd Driver (who shares the same car) half Price.

This is a full "4 hrs" lapping day, no break/lunch in between.

*Drivers meeting will be at 12:20pm, one page of lapping rules and map layout of the track will be provided.

The directions are 401 east to exit 431 Waverly Rd(Durham rd 57) go north approx 20 km to Durham Rd 20 Turn right, go for approx 5 km to concession rd #10 turn right and you will go in the first gate (or Entrance #1).

To celebrate the upcoming release of Forza Motorsport 3 for the Xbox 360, Xbox Canada will be holding an Autocross Demonstration, Instruction and Ride Experience at the Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal on Oct. 17th and at the CNE on Saturday Oct. 24 here in Toronto. You will get a chance to go for a ride in one of the many race-prepped cars that are represented in the game, and even get a chance to drive some of them around the autocross course, then go inside and be one of the first to try your hand at the game.

west-end meet this month is on Oct. 14th at Krispy Kreme in Mississauga (Mavis and 401).

Directions:
- Take Mavis exit
- Head south
- Pass Britannia (2 lights I think)
- And then you will see Krispy Kreme on your right hand side along with Futureshop, Staples and Canadian Tire


The meet officialy starts at 8pm. there are always a good mix of cars.
