Yes, it is. One of the guys at work had his '98 bought back by Toyota for
120% of blue book value.

His was a '98. It was in tough shape. Dunno what he got but dont' think
it was much. BUT, at least it was something and Toyota did something for him. Don't think you'd see GM/Chrysler/Ford do that.

there are maybe 20 or more old tacomas sitting behind the dealer in my area right now , Id say it was pretty true.
