Looks the same as all the Venzas I've seen and the same as mine as well.
I can attest they are consistent because when I took delivery I found a small puncture in the passenger seat. They replaced the lower portion of the seat cover with a new factory cover and it was a perfect match...just like pic.

I'm sorry for the confusion. I should have explained my picture but I was having an awful time with TN freezing Internet Explorer when I posted it. I have since edited my post.
When I got my Venza home I took several pictures of it. Here is a back seat picture that shows the seat bottom.

That is interesting. I'm having the same problem off and on lately. Complete locking up internet explorer to the point where I have to ctrl alt delete --end task-- in task manager!
Not having this issue with other sites either. Also I noticed the "compatability view" option comes up with this site. I've tried to see what it does and dont see any difference??

Thanks for the update. This is the best Venza forum I have found and really helped me when I was checking into info on the venza before purchasing one.

And mine is working a lot better these last few days also. So now that we've blown this one clean off topic, Vern, where the hell did you get that dog? I swear he almost looks human!
Vern...dog. Is that you? Oh man, I'm sorry.

 Yep...all me!
Just an old nickname, and yes there avatar I found on the web that someone photoshoped a human face to a dog.
Seriously though...in real life I'm closer to 80% human.

Yes, mine looks like that too - on both the driver and passenger seats. Makes me feel a little better. My only concern now is the passenger seat where one of the wrinkles is actually a pleat (like pleated pants). I am afraid that after a while, wear/tear/heat/sub-zero cold will cause the pleat to crack/split - and then I am stuck with a repair bill if I decide to return the Venza upon lease expiry.
If allowed, I will upload the picture.

Those Venza Leather Seats Seem to be Cheap and Defective:
Good Pictures guys. My Passenger seat on my V6 Venza is much more wrinkled than that, & I had major problems with the Drivers Seat which had numerous particles of DIRT trapped under the Seat Cover. But..... when they finally replaced / repaired the Drivers Seat I had a nightmare with the Seat creaking & crunching everytime I braked the car when I came to a Traffic Light or a Stop Sign. After 4 (four) trips back to the dealer over the past 2 months I believe my problem may be finally resolved - they removed the Front Seat mounting and insulated the front seat mounting pins with fibre insulating washers which apprears to have fixed the problem.
Have to give my Dealer Credit because I thought that they would never fix this problem!! One other thing with that Passenger seat is when you drive down a bumpy pavement road the Seat sometimes starts bouncing, - and its annoying, to which the Dealer says there is nothing they can do about this??

One starting point is to do a Google search for "aftermarket leather seats". One of the first hits is for leatherseats.com, which offers a customized leather interior for the Venza.
You will also find in the search results a number of links to discussion of aftermarket leather. Some claim the quality is superior and clearly the color selection is much greater. One person stated, "KATZKIN is the best, and they are side airbag certified and NHTSA and DOT approved, which the cheaper ones aren't. You have to use a special break away thread for the side airbag."

Your Toyota dealer may also have an aftermarket recommendation or source.
Good luck.
