Toyota Ractis
It is powered by a 1.3L or 1.5L Engine w/ VVT-i . It has a active CVT-i transmission or a seven-speed Sports Sequential Shiftmatic transmission with paddle shift controls. Is either FWD or 4WD. And seats 4 people. It starts at less than $15,000 and is not sold in the US.

Hummm...looks like Berlin architechture and the signage supports that too (funky "B"). Is that a Germany-only model?

^yah, that's Germany. The "funky B" is their letter for a double "s". The word "Strasse" means "street".
Good eye.

That's a really funky dashboard lol. Reminds me (sorta) of the Previa or even the Estima with its curved dashboard.
