3.4 liter into 93 T100...

I've been doing so much research on this subject it isn't funny, but I have yet to hear of anyone doing this swap in the T100. Jamming this motor into an earlier Toyota pickup (where the motor never existed) doesn't sound that difficult, but shouldn't it be even easier in the T100 where the truck is basically the same when the switch from the 3.0 to the 3.4 came (1995)?

Things I am worrying about...

- Computer/wiring issues (if I do this I plan on getting everything from a donor vehicle).
- The exhaust, gas lines, battery and air intake are on the opposite sides from one another (3.0 compared to 3.4)
- The T100 is an automatic so do I need to make sure the engine I get came from the same or is this an issue at all?

ric: I know nothing about doing the conversion, but these people seem to know alot: http://www.offroadsolutions.com/tech...n_kit_auto.htm

Looking at the costs and hassles of doing the conversion, I think I'd rather just find a truck that came with the 3.4 to begin with. I just looked at a '95 T100 with the 3.4 today, and it was less than 5k.

Nevertheless, if you're definitely committed to doing the swap, you can also check http://www.yotatech.com and http://www.4x4wire.com for further info.
