Sluggish to crank when idle for 3+ days

I have a 98 T-100 DX extended cab 3.4 6 cyl. with 80,000 miles and I have noticed that if I do not crank my truck for 3 days or more it is difficult to crank. Usualy if I crank the truck every day it starts up with no problem. Has anyone experienced this situation with their T-100's or 5VZ-FE engine? May it be the fuel pressure regulator gone bad?

Thanks
