Smile 1995 T100 Coil packs

148,000 miles on my 1995 T100 V6 3.4 liter 2WD. Coil packs are located above the spark plugs. My Haynes manual mentions nothing about using a torque wrench to torque the coil packs to a specific #. I read on another Internet site where the torque wrench is supposed to be used. I don't really see where the torque wrench would be used on these coil packs. My only tune-up was done by an independent mechanic @ 48.000 miles. It still runs like a champ and gets about 20 mpg. I have a K&N air filter. I would appreciate some comments/thoughts here as I want to replace the spark plugs and possibly the fuel filter and PCV valve. I have to believe that new plugs would certainly help but who knows. So my question is: Are the coil packs supposed to be torqued to a specific #?

Thanks,
Tinkybug
