Already tried the search feature and after 10 pages I gave up. What options are there for aftermarket rear bumpers? I just got rearended and may as well go aftermarket if there are options.

The Rocktek definitely looks cleaner and it's cheaper. On the other hand, the All Pros wrap wound the quarter panels and I get the feeling that the dude who just recently got the nasty hit run could have avoided $1000 of damage. The fiberglass panels used to cover the gap beneath the lights are just cheesy, though.
I have been seriously eyeballing that rocktek for a while. For $550 that is a steal. I'd like to have one that continued forward toward the wheel well along the side of the bed. Like the 4runner bumpers.
rocktek makes a nice rear bumper, a few guys on ih8mud.com have it.
allpro tube
demello (but their price is outrageous, $1000!)
custom
Well, I called Demello this summer and got a quote for a standard wrap around for the 05+. It's $800 pc'd. Then another $350 for a swingout tire carrier. Fawking ridiculous. I know it's good stuff, but damn.

That rockteck one is awesome!! Perfect match for someone who has an arb front bumper. I don't off-road (taco's a 4X2) so I dont know about the different advantages of each.
With either the plate protection like that, or some tube protection for that area between the tire and the taillight.
Of course that means clearancing the sheet metal.....
Thats exactly like what I was referring to. Especially if the sides are just a bit wider than the body to add some side protection in the rear. A poor man's wrap around hoops, if you will.
I wonder if Rocktek would build one to order like that.
that rocktek bumper is nice. i have a feeling if i got rear ended with that thing i wouldn't have too many problems.

well when i have my rear bumper made, it will be a combination of the following bumpers. It will be a tire swingout with a mount for a hi-lift. the swingout will be mounted onto a bumper similar to the picture on the bottom. i will have to cut some of the fender to get the right amount of protection that i am wanting.
I am looking to get this done by Demello. Not gonna be cheap...
i assume that rocktek is bolt on, right? no welding involved?
