Screeching noise at highway speed - 05 corolla

I have an 05 Corolla S I got in july and every now and then it makes this horrible screeching noise when I'm going over 70 on the highway. Im beginning to think it's caused by the wind rather than anything mechanical because it seems like it only happens in a cross wind when I'm going fast. Has anyone else heard of this/know of a fix or service bulletin or anything like that? It's really annoying and people think my new car is a piece of crap because it sounds like the engine is gonna explode.

I also have this problem... seems like it comes from the piece under the windshield wipers. I already tried caulking the crack that was in there, that didn't work..

Anyone have any ideas ?

One of the other forums had a similar complaint. There is a TSB issued, copied from Corolland:
"TSB NV006-05 April '05 Body wind noise from front/rear glass areas"

I have the same problem........... I read somewhere, I think it was here to have the windshield re-sealed. I wonder if that is covered under warranty.

I had the same problem, I posted this back in june:
Hi,
I searched around and didnt find anything related to my issue,
I have this weird wind noise coming from my left front wheel well area.
It only occurs on that side and if the wind is blowing across the road from left to right.
it's kinda like a growling howl, anyways. I think it's the wheel cover, those darn things make noise as it is.
Just wanted to see if anyones experienced this with their 05.

My noise sounds more like it's coming from that area.. I'll have to check the windshield.
has anyone gotten it fixed, it really is annoying...!
