The 2007 Toyota Ractis

This new sub-compact Toyota offers in Japan only. Further plans for overseas sales is still unknown. Powered by an option of two engines: The 1NZ-FE and the 2SZ-FE are its power.

Both models comes in only FWD, but the 1NZ-FE is the only engine available with AWD.

The 1NZ-FE is a DOHC 1.5 Liter, w/ VVT-i.

110 HP (110 PS) @ 6000RPM
About 120 N.m of Torque @ 4400RPM

The transmission for the FWD 1NZ-FE and the 2SZ-FE is a Super CVT-i while the AWD 1NZ-FE is a 4-spd Super ECT



The 2SZ-FE is a DOHC 1.3 Liter w/VVT-i

87 HP (87 PS) @ 6000RPM
About 138 N.m of Torque @ 4200RPM

There is no way Toyota can keep the Yaris Verso in the European marked for much longer once the new Yaris has been introduced. The ractis looks like the best choice for a replacement - and a huge styling improvement over the Verso I might ad!
