99 Toyota Prius problem

Hi Guys,

I was purchased 1999 Toyota Prius. ODO is 43000 Now i have a problem.

When i riding my car with high speed turn on yellow turtle and sometime warning sign and some turn on both. Anyone have an any suggestion? Please help me.

A turtle means that the battery is low and that there might not be enough power to do a passing manoeuvre. I don't know what colour the turtle is supposed to be.

What other warning light comes on?

Also, try posting in Yahoo! Prius Owners group. They have a larger number of 1st generation owners there. PriusOnline also has a good number of knowledgeable 1st generation Prius owners/techs.

Warinig light color is red.
